Harris's grandiose adventures, the tale is told in a very unassuming style which makes it seem like an young adult novel. I’m in love with Mrs Harris, she’s such a stickler for values but will bend rules if they’re hurting no one. Her creator treats us to occasional moments of musing, and throws a moral or two in as well for good measure, and to appeal to our sentimental natures. Harris doesn’t seem to profit by her understanding because her mistakes work themselves out in fairy tale fashion.
