Famous for their creations, the cake masters at Choccywoccydoodah in Brighton, England, are under pressure to create a wedding cake fit for a soap star client.We have two flower girls, and a backup flower boy, they do all of the flowers and butterflies and things like that.

Director Tim Burton commissioned Christine to create confectionery sculptures and cakes for the film, released next week. There’s a team, there’s three sculptors, Dave has been with us for fifteen years, and he does the big sculptures with Tom who’s been with us for eleven years I think.Choccywoccydoodah has been around for 20 years, what made you and Christine decide to start the business? The stories and small personal recipes you find throughout make it much more than any normal cook book, entertaining and useful. The recipes are easy to follow and the pictures are so tantalising I doubt you’ll be able to turn from page to page without making a mental note of when you will take a shot at each delicacy , I know that’s what I was doing. I was seriously excited to speak to Creative Director Christine Taylor as part of this series, and when you read through our chat below I just know you’re going to fall in love with her too.

Marcella Whittingdale agreed: "So sad to hear that Choccywoccydoodah has permanently closed in Brighton. While there are a lot of wonderful recipes throughout the book, there are a few that seem a little unnecessary. The stories are a mix of food related fairy tales, and anecdotes around the Choccywoccydoodah franchise itself.
