The pattern sequencer and SMF player can be used in each scene. They cannot be used at the same time.
FANTOM-06 is easy to carry from your home studio setup to rehearsal rooms and performance stages. It weighs significantly less than most other professional 61-note keyboards, thanks to a moulded body design that’s sleek, attractive, and ultra-rugged. The new Roland Fantom-0 models follow in the footsteps of the flagship Fantom series of keyboard workstations. Classic TR-REC pattern sequencer Though Roland's Fantom workstation series hasn't been running as long as The Phantom (a popular American comic strip continuously in print since 1936), it still has, as electronic instruments go, quite a history. First released in 2001 as the 76-note Fantom FA76, the keyboard clung to its identity through a bewildering series of revamps and name changes, culminating in the top-of-the range Fantom G (which I reviewed in SOS January 2009). This was followed by the FA08, a more affordable, scaled-down descendant reviewed with typical incision by Gordon Reid in 2014.
