I had an immediate response to say they apologised and would be sending a replacement set. This duly arrived, and not only a replacement set of clips but a gel polish remover kit. This was way beyond what was necessary (I genuinely only wanted one clip!). Great product and great customer service. Can't recommend them more highly. Makes a change in this day and age. I wish the Company continued success. The STYLPRO Original will work with IPA (100% alcohol) or other brand makeup brush cleansers however, they are not as effective.

If you're about the vibe and experience, this is your go-to mirror.Bought a beauty fridge from Stylpro. Kept beauty products reasonably cool but suddenly stopped working after 18 months. Wouldn’t buy another as despite warranty stating 2 years, this apparently isn’t covering UK anymore. Stylpro have stated nothing they can do to help, despite the fault obviously being an electrical fault with the product. Definitely not worth the money.
