About this deal

The writing is so descriptive that it felt as if I were experiencing everything along with the characters. Her books have appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Cosmopolitan, Entertainment Weekly and more.

She'd piled that thick black hair on top of her head in a messy ponytail, and the glasses did nothing to hide her large brown eyes. You've got an amazing independent woman who knows her worth, a successful respectful attractive man, AND a fake dating trope WITH JUST THE PERFECT AMOUNT OF DESPERATION AND MOTIVE.

They are the real MVPs of this story because, without them, there wouldn't be a Kareen and Prem endgame. I feel like as someone who also grew up with immigrant parents, I always wanted to do the very best in everything because I wanted to make sure all my parents sacrifices would mean something, that I could show them the hard work was worth it. To guide your way through the 'Bookstagram', our world of books and fiction, the first volume of BOOKSTAGRAM has been published here. My thoughts summed up if you want to tap out of the rest of my obviously unhinged review: This is actually the worst book I've read in a long time. S. feel so much pressure to excel because our parents don't know if their intercontinental move was successful until we are successful.Buoyant … There’s a lot in this novel: best friends, demanding siblings, difficult parents, aunties on the rampage. I thought it was kind of hilarious the way Prem and Kareena met again after the failed fiasco at the restaurant and ultimately ended in a big argument at the studio where Prem filmed his show, “Dr. Kareena and Prem are engaging protagonists, and the relationships they each share with their closest friends are fresh and fun. That’s when Kareena’s meddling aunties presented him with a solution: convince Kareena he’s her soulmate and they’ll fund his clinic. Now Prem’s largest community center donor is backing out because Prem’s reputation as a heart-health expert is at risk.

Thank you NetGalley for providing an eARC and Harper Collins for providing a physical ARC copy in exchange for an honest review! Dil , Sharma has created a heartwarming story that immersed me in a fun, sexy, swelteringly hot romance filled with culture, love and family.I have your home address, genealogy history, the balance on your credit card, and your social security number prita. And absurd thing about this doctor is he’s stuck with a woman who’s love obsessed, humiliating him in front of the viewers, losing his sponsorship from investors, threatening his entire career! It’s hot but it’s also NOT worth it nor actually hot because Prem is horrible and makes everything horrible with Charlie.

Even though they have warring interests, the more time Prem spends with Kareena, the more he thinks she’s might actually be the woman he wants to spend the rest of his life with. Prem Verma is dedicated to building a local community health center, but he needs to get donors with deep pockets.

The author tried hard to make it look like she was demolishing stereotypes, but in my opinion, she just ended up reinforcing these stereotypes. They seem so fun and supportive and make the best food and have the best gossip and I just need to hang out with them. When she’s not writing, Nisha can be found hitting the books for her PhD in English and Social Justice. I enjoyed none of the sex scenes because Prem is a soggy douche canoe with holes I don’t want to see filled. Two things that made hating this book worse: I really liked Kareena and there was really dirty sexy sex.
